We did it! Success! We’ve completed the construction of walking-bike footbridge within SMART ŻYWIEC - (r)evolution project.  Żywiec citizens have been looking forward for it. The initiative, executed by MOSTMARPAL Ltd company began on August 21th, involving a series of construction and installation works contributing to city's tourist infrastructure improvement .
The main component of this project was the construction of walking-bike footbridge over Soła River, significantly enhancing communication between the districts of Sporysz and Zabłocie. Travel time between these districts has been greatly reduced, and the newly built footbridge provides a safe and convenient passage for both citizens and tourists.
The project also included the construction of walking-bike paths. These new routes not only facilitate faster movement throughout the city, but also promote an active lifestyle among citizens. Bike racks, benches, and a monitoring system have been installed, enhancing the comfort and safety for its users.

However, that's not all, as the project is quite comprehensive. We also take care of the lighting on the paths and other infrastructure elements, powered by renewable energy. This marks a step towards sustainable development and underscores the city's ecological approach to urban planning.

The walking-bike footbridge construction project under the SMART ŻYWIEC - (r)evolution is another milestone in the development of tourist and transportation infrastructure in Żywiec.
